@thedesertlynx It won't happen tomorrow, but over time attitudes may change, as more data comes in (perhaps 5-10 years from now?). Network fees are continuing to be lower than many people expected and I've seen the topic of miner reward being discussed by prominent community members (don't remember who/where exactly), so at least some bitcoiners are aware about the problem and are considering various options.
