there isn't a 'capitalist system' with 'stages', but a struggle with different actors, and the capitalists who sailed warships into Tokyo harbor and forced Japan to trade with them, those guys are wholly unrelated to the morons who are destroying world trade and the petrodollar in order to have no effect whatsoever on the conflict in Ukraine.

The lie is that this is inevitable. It's just that bad people kept winning. And the nature of our bad people has more to do with intelligence agencies and political blackmail than economic systems.
