    Here's a crazy detail from the January 6 report.

    Remember learning that Trump wanted to accompany his supporters as they marched from the Ellipse to the Capitol?

    Here we find out that Trump wanted the National Guard to accompany him on that march.

    Notice: He isn't thinking about using the National Guard to defend the Capitol. He envisioned himself at the head of a military procession heading to the Capitol.
