@angiebaby I do not endorse this (as I consider it fraudulent), but I think some people are doing this on the blue bird site.

There is talk on #Twitter about people signing up for #TwitterBlue & then canceling their service, which would result in Twitter refunding Apple’s 30% (basically losing money on the chargeback).

It would be better for people not to use the service (I ended my $3 per month subscription) than to wage a war of attrition via chargeback attacks.
