1. A sustainable financial model

--> Servers aren't free! And in the long-run, the finances will determine how long an instance sticks around and who ultimately controls it.

2. A conscientious process for governance and moderation.

--> Who am I trusting with my data and DMs?
--> Who is responsible for keeping the nazis out, and making decisions in harder cases?
