GOLIKEHELLMACHINEman, the thing that musk absolutely *does not get* about twitter, and that none of the other platforms get, either, including this one, is that what made it work is an excellent balance of erudite, knowledgeable, experienced voices sandwiched in between dumb, juvenile, but clever jokes. he’s not clever or funny, so he doesn’t get it, and everyone else trying to run mastadon or any other thing are too smart and serious to understand it, either.
