    According to Kyodo News, Japanese Ministry of Defense started a research of how they manipulate public opinion

    The research is necessary, I agree. To defend against public opinion manipulation by invadors, knowledge is necessary. But their study is not for. Japanese Defense Ministry is starting to develop how to manipulate Japanese opinion to go war, let Japanese hate enemies and let Japanese rid of anti-war opinions.
    I hope the report is false.
