Do you see normal adults volunteering to babysit a horde of random children, when they are not parents? Taking on the liability? (Why do these sexual minorities have so much time, btw?)

You have to make parents be scout leaders or supervise a group outing.

For an adult who wants to hang out with kids solo, with no family investment, the answer is naturally no.
