@hazlin i specifically said, the victim does not deserve what was visited upon him. no old lady deserved to have her savings taken by some indian or nigerian. but it would be physically impossible for that to have happened to her if she hadn't coöperated, however false the pretenses under which she did so.
you are decieved because you are credulous. credulity is not a sin, and you don't deserve to have it exploited. this is like how houses catch on fire because the materials they are made of are flammable. that does not mean houses should never be made out of flammable materials. it is an explanation of what is being exploited by evil rather than an attempt to excuse or justify evil.
