@paul_j That is ridiculous, but bank charges have always been high in the UK when doing things abroad, even before leaving the EU. I remember buying something from a certain online marketplace and the seller had originally posted the price in Euros (I saw it as £) and a €3 purchase was hit with a £5 for "non-GBP transaction".

Is this a new thing for Starling? I remember sending money abroad before and not getting hit with fees.
