Second row from the top, three windows in. The shades are up, the window reflects blue sky, so it stands out among the otherwise dark brown facade with dark brown blocked-out windows. In the open window, two pairs of giant pink spectacles, looking out as if doing surveillance, watching all the cars and bikes and pedestrians on the unseen busy road below. They are comedy-sized, like a glasses version of a giant cardboard cheque.
