She’s a nurse, she should have been able to give herself a fatal dose of any multitude of things. Plus, even the use of a stretchy band to murder the kids, kinda leans towards “improvised”.

Now, sure, she could have been a retard, but my guess is a nurse with any amount of sufficient planning would have executed a cleaner murder. Plus her notes and stuff to the nanny, wasn’t the type of person to do something sloppily. I don’t believe it was premeditated.

From what I see she finally snapped, decided her and the kids were gonna gtfo, sent hubby on some quest, grabbed whatever was closest, killed the kids, panicked, sloppy execution, found outside.
