no, I am saying you are trying to convey meaning in a way that will not make sense to me just like when a client does when I tell them the software cannot occupy two contradictory states at the same time

when you say "it would be improper to say "radios create songs."" it is because you think the mind is being received by the brain in some way, perhaps from a soul or something, and if that is the case I have no objection to somebody believing that

as long as they accept that the machinery of the body has some mechanical nature that can be predicted, measured, and modified by means mechanical and chemical

if they disagree then they are arguing what I am going to call a "flat brain hypothesis" - a mind that responds to outside stimulus but is somehow independent of the mechanism they act on
