@Christ_is_Lord I don't understand being this bothered by the NJP just on the grounds that you don't think its going to work. Like if you thought it was extremely harmful that would be one thing, but that's not what you're saying. The things you listed that you think people should be doing can still be done separately from the NJP and Mike would be the first person to tell you this.
