i don't know how the ploopy bean is meant to be used. a trackpoint goes under the index finger and the mouse clicks go below the spacebar. this is a mouse shaped thing with the nipple in the center. :blobcatwaitwhat: are you meant to like use your middle finger to point and other fingers on the clicker keys?
