One of them was choked so badly she was within 30 seconds of dying. The other was strangled on video until she passed out after she refused to have sex. A judge just dismissed the case against Jesse, and he will now walk free without serving a single day in prison. Jesse's lawyers are also attempting to have his record expunged, leaving no legal trace. Because Jesse was 17 at the time of his crimes, he was able to strike a deal to be treated as a "youthful offender", •All Jesse had to do was complete a year of community service and counseling. Jesse's lawyer called it a "big day" for him, implying Jesse was the victim in the situation and should now be able to move forward with his life.
