fulanigirl@heidilifeldman I find this ludicrous. Local news covered the liner fiasco before Hearn touched the pool. In last week's local reporting they stated that one witness in the grand jury specifically said the pool liner was already damaged and they couldn't say for a fact that Hearn made it worse. That's why his lawyers wanted the judge to look at the grand jury transcripts.
