    If McConnell is dead, why would they hide the news?
    Do they need to hold a special election to replace him?
    Isn’t he leaving office in January?
    Does the Governor of Kentucky get to fill the role until the midterms?

    Also, term and age limits are something to consider. Not just in the USA, but elsewhere that still has real elections.
