I'm so tired. Everyone vaticines an AI bubble bursting but it never happens. The more it look like its going to happen, the less it happens. Everyone knows its not benefitial, everyone knows it's not profitable, yet everyone keeps placing money in it.

Today a friend called his insurance and the assistant was an AI agent. Of course after giving all his personal details to the agent he claimed he had 3 insurance policies instead of a single one. At the end of the call the agent just transferred the call to a human agent and he had to give his details again to her, whats the point of having an AI agent then if you're going to transfer the call to a human being? Do that from the beginning ffs.

Now I come home and read the news. Of course they want to build more AI gigafactories/data centers/ whatever hip words they want to use for them. It doesn't matter if new constructions have to wait months or years to get into the grid because we don't have that much electricity, or if the bills increase due to the higher demands. They just want to announce investments and job creation.

Meanwhile you still can't buy RAM at a reasonable price and everything is moving into "cloud" services. The consumer electronics market is completely DEAD right now. All while you can't enter a store without a sign that says "we use AI surveillance for ''your security''" without disclosing what fucking third party company they hired their stupid AI surveillance with. Now if the AI hallucinates that you're pickpocketing or something they can call security on you. Even if you are just looking doing nothing.

Am I supposed to be happy about all this scam? Because I am anything but happy. THe more time passes the more I hate AI and the more I go against it.
