Victoria Collins MP, has tabled amendment NC13, that would require the Government to publish a Digital Sovereignty Strategy. This is urgently needed to reduce the UK’s dependence on a small number of foreign-owned technology companies for critical public services and infrastructure. The UK government relies on risky and costly big foreign companies to provide it’s digital infrastructure.
