yesterday I did an assessment with a client who reported that within the last month “they wished that they could go to sleep and not wake up the next day”.. so on top of doing the initial assessment, I made a safety plan with them, went over local resources, support systems, assessed risk factors, protective factors, and completed the cssrs assessment… yet was scolded because an hour assessment was too long. “we talked about this”

was I supposed to act like I didn’t hear that..
