From the article: "Lie # 26: On January 20, 2025, Donald Trump raised his right hand and swore the same oath every president before him has taken. Here are the words.

'I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.'

Read them again. Faithfully. Preserve. Protect. Defend. The Constitution of the United States."

My commentary: To my eye, this right here is the "original sin" that overrides the duty to faithfully execute, to the best of our ability, the policies of whoever 'We, the People' elect over us, and gives primacy to OUR sworn duty, in the Profession of Arms, "to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC" (emphasis added).

From early in his FIRST term, when he referred to the press (1st Amendment) as "the enemy of the people," to all these contemporary incidents mentioned here as he musters his #ICEtapo, dismantles voting rights, shoots protesting American citizens dead in the streets, repeatedly flips the Courts the bird & threatens THEM with prosecution when they issue decisions he doesn't like, purges our own uniformed leadership (and promotion lists) of anyone who still places the Constitution above the Dear Leader, and moves to federalize our elections to impose permanent minority rule, #BenedictDonald has openly SHOWN himself to be the Constitution's #1 enemy--and thus ours.
