Narcissism is probably an abused term these days but I reckon that is what you're seeing here. She's self-involved to the point where her definition of fairness is something like

>i just want to get to the front of a queue
>why are people disrespecting me?
Asking her about how other people feel and what they might want would be like asking her how she'd feel if she didn't have breakfast this morning.
