Reimbursement Updates: Alma/Aetna (Guest Post)

Last week, therapists who credential with Alma received word that their reimbursement from Aetna will be cut significantly. This comes in a long line of insurance and VC attempts to cut therapists' pay in the name of the shareholders, and it is going to make it even more difficult for Aetna customers to find an in-network provider, as many therapists will not be able to sustainably continue taking these plans.
