My own college’s administrators, while very human and clearly not perfect etc., are most definitely not dipshits and simply •would never•. Concerns about AI and whatever aside, they simply value the students too much.

It’s not a law of nature that leadership has to be bad. Whenever it happens, it’s a choice people made somewhere up the line.
