So, uh, I guess my feeling that Gitlab is evolving into less and less of a fit for us just got confirmed in a big way.

Wondering what a good move would be. Forgejo almost seems like the default option at this point.

But I've been keeping an eye on Radicle + Ambient - love the concept of distributed CI. We don't do a ton of builds (yet) so it's less about the queue times and more about autonomous work wherever you are.
