    From what I know: Liberapay takes 0% on everything, only processor fees apply (around 3% via Stripe). Ko-fi is 0% on one-time tips but 5% on monthly donations, plus PayPal/Stripe fees. PayPal direct has the highest fees. So Liberapay via Stripe is the most efficient, especially for recurring support.
