katharineIt’s probably fine. Nobody exposed to the infected cruise has plans to attend FIFA festivities or has close contact with people who have FIFA plans. And if they were, they would definitely be responsible and alert someone and take proper precautions instead of keeping quiet so they don’t have to cancel more expensive plans.
