Some world religions and philosophies have this idea that self hate and suffering is moral, righteous and a good thing to be endured with stoic grace and I am begging my fellow ADHDers to JUST TAKE THE GODDAMN MEDS AND STOP FOUNDING RELIGIONS THAT JUSTIFY DEMENTED DEFAULT MODE NETWORK BULLSHIT.
