      Gestern Abend haben wir mit Urlaubsplanung verbracht. Es soll im Herbst an die Côte d'Azur gehen. (Strecke Freiburg -> Marseille) Es war beeindruckend, wie schwer das ist, wenn man möglichst wenig fossile Energieträger verbrauchen will. Ein paar Erkenntnisse: 1) Interrail-Pässe lohnen sich manchmal schon für "normale" Urlaubsreisen. Der kleinste Country-Pass kostet 165 € für einen Erwachsenen. Kauft man ein normales TGV Ticket ist es oftmals schon doppelt so teuer. 2) Die DB ist in vielen Dingen wirklich besser als ihr Ruf. Verbindungssuche und Preisauskunft ist in Frankreich eine Katastrophe, DB Navigator und Website da wirklich top. 3) Reservierungspflicht ist echt eine schlechte Idee. Dass bestimmte Verbindungen tagelang ausgebucht sein können schränkt einfach zu sehr ein. @jon@gruene.social noch irgendwelche Geheimtipps? 😇
