I guess for now it's about those who are indeed interested getting together on Matrix with no pressure to ever be formally involved - but we'll require programmers, facilitators, researchers, administrators, fundraisers, designers, comms, etc with each contributing according to their abilities. It's slow, it's small, it's hopefully sustainable in a "triple bottom line" sense (ugh, I know, sorry!) but also likely to be scalable.
