    Så drivstoff er dyrt, men ikke så dyrt at folk ikke tar seg råd til å råkjøre.

    Sør-Korea har visst et forbud mot "luksusmotorer" med 8 eller flere sylindre. Det sparer nok ikke så innmari mye drivstoff, men det er fortsatt en solid indikator på innstillingen om at det ikke er greit å sløse med drivstoff.
