Once in a while I’ll see a LinkedIn post or a TikTok that opens with “Nobody talks about how hard it is to be a therapist…” and I’m not sure where they’re hanging out because yes we do? We talk about it all the time? Who is out there saying being a therapist is easy?

I also talk about how it’s WORTH IT because I love my job. But like if you think “nobody” talks about the hard parts then you clearly aren’t talking to anyone ever 🤣
