    The Mecca or tofu (and mushrooms) is probably Yunnan

    I feel like anyone who says ‘I don’t like tofu or mushrooms’ could probably like the stuff in Yunnan

    They take it to a whole other level. Sadly there aren’t that many Yunnan places
