It wasn't carelessness or deliberately exclusionary; the link to England was because of grant funding restrictions at start-up, but delivery beyond grant-funded activities would be across the UK and beyond, and what little in-person delivery there may be would be Covid-safer. Anyway, it's been amended to avoid any confusion. Thanks!
