lizzzzard@skinnylatte thank you for a glimpse into a background that couldn't be more different from mine. Fish here is a difficult thing. There's river trouts (which are fine, and can be gotten quite fresh) and carps from farms which are repulsive. And that's that. I do have intense feelings about potatoes though!
