313Chris:hellokitty_headbang:@Soy_Magnus @zeitgeist @GaryBussy I hit hamstrings and chest today. Machine work only, but I’m doing 5 sets w/30 reps per set. I’m up to 200lbs on the seated hamstring curl, and 200lbs on the incline chest fly.
