She's looking for someone with the following skills:
- Very comfortable and safe working on a high ladder. There are two stories of windows in the solarium on the second floor.
- Experienced with caulking exterior windows.
She has a scaffold for the interior work, and if necessary can borrow a tall ladder for exterior work.
