Nomdeb@jeridansky I wasn't familiar with the matter, in the article I read 86 year old who plowed into market was treated gently because of his age. I have very mixed feelings about this because it seems to me that he had a duty to not be driving if he was confused that easily. Though I know it could happen to younger people too. I watched my 85 year old MIL drive and the second I was able to say you should not drive anymore, give your cars to my SIL, I did. It wasn't about her. She could harm others.
