Another comes from Paul Harris, that he mentioned off handedly in one of his videos. If you want to do additions as easily as multiplication, then you must drill additions in the same manner you did multiplication.

He said it* was the difference between being trained to do something, and drilled to do something.

I think this can be expanded to other area. Not least of that being programming.
