I don't know if folks are paying enough attention to the CA gov's race.

It's currently a clown car of Dems with a few MAGA - and 1 MAGA in disguise - thrown in.

Which means that June 2nd (the primary) is going to be a hot mess of epic proportions.

It's also complicated.
Because while it is *absolutely imperative* CA remain blue, the type of Blue matters, too.

For my work, CA must continue to be a place where worker-friendly and gender-friendly policy incubation advances so that we here in CA and in other states can build a bulwark against further civil rights deterioration of the govt.

Having a 'run CA like a business' mod or a cop-friendly mod would make putting up a strong resistance to Trump impossible.
