@scumsuck highly recommend this game, can't wait until the sequel comes out.

the Consort of Preciousness (lady with puppy) is one of the emperor's main concubines. the main character that you play is a junior concubine at the start.

there is yuri and it's good but not a main plot point alas. also yaoi which is more central to the early plot and the writers are clearly very into it.
