I think most people's problem with technology in the capitalist age is that they only look surface level.

They look at the damage its causing and not who's doing it or what's funding it.

And even when they do, they see that the whole thing must go instead of the poisonous bit.

I think that's why people have a hard time understanding socialism and communism.
