@bruces It's a big problem, where Kenya is just one source of soldiers. I routinely see the drone videos put out by Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, and have noticed they've featured about three black soldiers KIA'ed in the last month, during which time there have been no obvious North Koreans. (That being in a situation where ~17K N. Koreans are known to be involved.)
Russia also expects the families to come to Moscow to retrieve their dead... assuming there's anything to retrieve at all.
