It's not because of LibreOffice, it's because of Microsoft's aggressive configuration.
They can block certain applications after a while, while it's updating.
See if the problem persists after a while. It's not your fault. It's still a design flaw in the big window. It's possible that they're hinting for you to purchase their services.
I don't know how compatible Windows 11 is, I just know that it's more persuasive.
