As far as the SAVE act goes (which I think is why people are so worked up about this issue), that bill would be declared unconstitutional (as well as vehemently opposed by folks in both parties) in my state as it does not address helping the homeless with their voting rights.

For what it is worth, there are notable GOP opposed to that bill, so I expect it to perish in the Senate.
