ICE murdered yet another Minnesotan in broad daylight. I'm not sure how it can be good police procedure to shoot a man in the head when he is gang tackled to the ground by half a dozen of your co-workers, but after the first shot rings out another agent pulls out his side arm and fires multiple rounds into the victim as the cowards scatter.
