RoseFIVE YRS AGO, my sister was a victim of workmen's comp fraud. She reported it with proof & asked for updates, but never got an answer, until now. She gets a letter that she was overpaid. 😡 In 40 yrs, that girl NEVER took time off other than a couple days here and there for sick leave. So, who does she sue? That's what I want to know.
