I keep thinking about writing a story about life after death. Specifically following a guy who finds out that after he dies he wakes up in his mid twenties on another Earth-like planet full of people who also died and no one has any idea whats going on.

As far as they can tell this only happens to humans. But also about 1/10,000 of the time, a koala.
