I am grateful to Ukrainian defenders for stopping the russian aggressors and doing the job the United States promised to do.

I condemn Western political leaders for their stupidity and cowardice, and failure to do their duty – over more than a decade of russia's war of aggression.

It was #UK, #USA and russia that signed the Budapest Agreement to protect and defend #Ukraine against invasion, later joined by France and China. Broken by russia in 2014 when Crimea and Donbas were invaded.
